Smart Kid

Meet James everyone! This is my oldest son who just turned 5 yesterday! We thought we were keeping the baby a secret from this sharp little cookie but apparently his ears have been wide open! While eating his supper yesterday he points to the fridge (there is a picture of the first ultra-sound which looks like a fried egg) and says Mumma the baby is eating that yoke eh so it can grow! I said well yes son it kinda is. I'm thinking oh boy I didn't even know he knew that was a picture of a baby! Then I said to him well where is this baby? He says ...silly Mummy its in your tummy! So now in tears I said yes son, Mummy is trying to grow a baby in her tummy. Apparently there are no secrets in this house! He is excited though. I asked him if he wanted another brother or a sister and he said very matter of fact a brother and I said oh you don't want to have a girl and he said no I have you and Tansie! (the dog) LOL He is the best!
